1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wedding & Event Styling website and the services we provide. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

Wedding & Event Styling provides wedding décor and styling services including but not limited to:

• Floral arches and arrangements
• Flower walls and backdrops
• Table centrepieces and décor
• Light-up letters and neon signs
• Photobooths and audio guest books
• Venue styling and setup

Specific services, items, and pricing will be detailed in your individual quote and booking confirmation.

3. Booking & Confirmation

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once we have received a signed booking form and the required deposit.

3.2. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to secure your date. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

3.3. Your date will not be held without a deposit. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season dates.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. The remaining balance (75%) is due no later than 4 weeks before your event date.

4.2. We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or cash. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.

4.3. Any additional items or services requested after the initial booking must be paid for before the event date.

4.4. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking, with the deposit forfeited.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. Client Cancellation:

• More than 90 days before the event: Deposit forfeited, no further charges.
• 60-90 days before the event: 50% of total package price due.
• 30-59 days before the event: 75% of total package price due.
• Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of total package price due.

5.2. Date Changes: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes, subject to availability. One date change may be permitted free of charge if requested more than 90 days before the original date.

5.3. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, a full refund including deposit will be provided.

6. Setup & Collection

6.1. We will deliver, set up, and collect all hired items as agreed. Setup and collection times will be coordinated with you and your venue in advance.

6.2. We require reasonable access to the venue for setup and collection. Any access restrictions or delays caused by third parties may affect our service delivery.

6.3. Items must not be moved by guests or venue staff once set up. We are not responsible for damage or changes made by others after setup.

7. Damage & Loss

7.1. All items remain the property of Wedding & Event Styling. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items from the time of setup to collection.

7.2. The cost of repair or replacement for damaged or lost items will be charged at the current replacement value.

8. Liability

8.1. We carry public liability insurance for our services.

8.2. Our liability is limited to the total value of your booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8.3. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, power failures, or other force majeure events.

9. Photography & Marketing

9.1. We may take photographs of our work at your event for portfolio and marketing purposes. Please let us know in writing before your event if you do not wish for photos to be taken or used.

9.2. We may request copies of your professional wedding photographs featuring our décor for use on our website and social media, with appropriate credit to your photographer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Wedding & Event Styling and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Website Use

11.1. This website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or current.

11.2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
